Dr. George R. Monk
George Monk has been a key player in driving corporate change and has led the way in identifying and developing strategies in leadership development and training management. George has held executive leadership positions in the defense industry, academia, and civic organizations and in the small business start-up arena. He has a passion for leadership development and keenly understands the relationship between individual, group, and system synergies. His military, academic and quality management backgrounds provide him with a unique perspective when coaching and consulting with executives.

After a successful career in the U.S. Army, he earned Master of Science degrees in Human Resources Management from Troy University and Quality Systems Management from the National Graduate School of Quality Management as well as his Doctorate Degree in Business Management. He is knowledgeable in Leadership and Organizational Change, Lean and Total Quality Management and has employed the lifelong learning concept.
George is a Toastmaster and certified instructor of multiple universities. George holds additional certifications in Critical Thinking, Diversity, and EEOC, ADA and a Certified Quality Manager.
